Sim Forge Hub
Serious strategy simulations

Run a port. Run a business. Run a hotel group.
Govern a 3D city-state. Defend cyberspace.
Run a nation.

Sim Forge Hub is where you take the hot seat. Each game drops you in charge of a complex system — a global port, a company, an ultra-luxury hotel group, a living 3D city-state, a national cyber defence command, an entire country — and asks you to keep it thriving under pressure. It's easy to have opinions about how these things should be run. It's much harder to actually do it. Come and find out.

Run a Port

Move the world's cargo, fend off a rival hub, and balance growth against emissions, cost and resilience.

📈

Run a Business

Allocate scarce capital across a whole company, read the market, and out-think AI competitors over years.

🏨

Run a Hotel Group

Steward an ultra-luxury hotel empire across six regions — timed crisis calls, biased advisors, rival houses and a brand you can lose in a weekend.

🏙️

Run a City-State in 3D

Govern a living digital twin — nine districts, real quantities, staged crises and rivals — from a national ops centre.

🛡️

Defend a Nation

Command national cyber defence against adaptive threat actors — where a dismissed alert can erupt weeks later.

🏛️

Run a Nation

Govern a city-state through history — economy, housing, trust, elections — where every choice has a cost.

Why a hub of simulations?

Feel the difficulty, don't just read about it

Anyone can say how a port, a company or a country should be run. These simulations put you in the chair and make the trade-offs real: spend here and you starve something there; ignore the long term and it arrives anyway. The lesson is in the losing as much as the winning.

Transparent, serious models

These aren't clicker games. Each one is built on an explicit model with visible rules and no hidden magic numbers — closer to a strategy sandbox than an arcade. Win conditions reward balance and judgment, not brute-forcing a single number.

Play anywhere

Everything is standard web — it works on a laptop or a phone, online or off. Your progress stays on your device.

Always growing

The Hub is built to keep adding titles. New simulations of other complex systems will land here over time — check back.
